Main Objective
- The Robo AdminZERO (RAZ4.0) project aims to develop software equipped with algorithms to provide a set of automated functionalities that primarily digitize and dematerialize the exchange of banking and accounting documents. The project seeks to increase productivity and reduce errors caused by manual processes, envisioning a roadmap for progressively autonomous process control and automation.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected/Achieved Results
Within this project, RAZ4.0 will be programmed to interact in the following areas:
1. Bank Document Extraction: This process involves understanding different banking platforms and correctly identifying documents such as bank receipts, proofs of payment, invoices, etc., using location, file structure, and other criteria. Subsequently, these documents are extracted.
2. Normalization: For documents subject to accounting submission, a three-factor verification is conducted between the extracted documents, the e-fatura portal, and the accounting software records. This process ensures the files are renamed with prior journal entry notes. Additionally, invoices and related payment proofs are linked accordingly.
3. Storage and Availability: This step aims to categorize document types by client in a digital archive. Automatic triggers are also activated to send the documents to relevant entities without human intervention (via shared archive, email, or other methods).
